These terms apply to your use of Seller Order Tracker ("the app"), run by Ocean IT Solutions, India (SellerPulse). By signing in and using the app you agree to them.
The app helps Amazon.in sellers track their own orders using data from their Amazon Seller Central account. It is an independent tool and is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Amazon.
Do not try to access another seller's data, interfere with the service, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks Amazon's policies or the law.
The app shows data as provided by Amazon and as entered by you. Always check Seller Central before taking actions that matter, such as shipping, cancelling or filing claims. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the app.
We try to keep the app running and data synced, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime. We may change, pause or end the service, and will try to give notice of major changes on this website.
New sellers get a free trial. After it, the app needs a prepaid plan; prices are on the Pricing page and in the app. Payments are processed by Razorpay and received by Ocean IT Solutions. Plans do not renew automatically. If a plan is not active, your orders stay visible but syncing and editing are paused. Refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.
To the extent allowed by law, Ocean IT Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
