Refund and cancellation policy

Seller Order Tracker is offered by Ocean IT Solutions. You can try every feature free during the trial before you pay.

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (1, 3 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you stop using the app, your access simply ends when the paid period ends. You can remove the app's access to your Amazon account at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps.

Refunds

• If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged but your access was not extended, we refund the extra or failed payment in full.
• If the service is unavailable for a long period because of a problem on our side, write to us and we will extend your plan or refund the unused part.
• Otherwise, payments for a plan period that has started are not refunded.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

How to ask for a refund

Write to oceanitsolutions1@gmail.com with your Seller ID and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
